NOTICE: Don't worry guys, we're not gone!
I've been busy the past week, so I haven't gotten around to notes. This is actually unusual for me. We've had a lot of people join, and I'd like those that join, as either a student or teacher, watch this account so you don't miss anything. I won't be able to fully update until Tuesday or Wednesday, so look for some stuff then!

The Academy is a compilation of art teachers and teachers-in-training who are here to help other artists. We are here to promote the growth of not only the students but the teachers as well. Students should walk away refreshed and ready to use their new learning tools, and teachers should walk away with a renewed sense of critique and abilities.



The Houses

The Akori House - The House of Illustration and Drawing in Fine Arts, ran by Academy's Headmistress, *meiken

The Vesta House - The House of Photography in Fine Arts, ran by =Kel-----Bel

We Need Teachers! - The Academy is looking for those who would like to lead a house in painting, graphic design, clay structure and sculpting, as well as any other house you may feel would be appropriate. See below for joining as a teacher.

~Dunfisch is currently a teacher in an unsorted house.


To Join The Academy

As a Teacher - You must have a solid foundation in art as seen by your gallery. You must be able to critique and give positive feedback. You must also be able to take criticism. You must feel inclinded on giving lessons and tips on what someone may want to do next with their artwork. If you feel you match these components, note MDE-Academy and we will look over your credentials. If we feel you fit what we need, you will be joined as a teacher!
If you would like to join as a teacher of a house not yet available, please note me and you will be added as the headmaster or mistress of that house.


As a Student for a One-Time Critique - Anyone at all may submit any piece they want critiqued by noting it to MDE-Academy. You do not have to join as a student to be critiqued by our wonderful staff.


As a Permanent Student - If you would like to join as a permanent student under one of our houses, then note MDE-Academy with which house you would like to join and links to five of your deviations that best fits that house.
